This service is for you if you received a communication from one of our agents asking you to send us documents to complete the analysis of your file.
To send us your documents, you must use the online service Sending Documents to the Directeur de l’état civil

If you submit documents on behalf of an organization (Curateur public du Québec, Bureau du coroner, etc.) or in a professional capacity (notary, lawyer, etc.), you must use the French version of the online service
